Form of Payment
Payments for online bookings are made via Pay Pal. do not need a PayPal account to book. Simply select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card."Enter your email address and fill out the PayPal guest checkout details. Accepted payment methods: Cash, PayPal, or Credit Card.
Photography Terms and Conditions
Deposit: $80 non-refundable deposit due at booking. The deposit will be applied to the total service balance.
Rescheduling: Reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. One free rescheduling allowed per deposit. After the free reschedule, a $75 fee applies for additional changes.
Videography Terms and Conditions
Deposit: $200 non-refundable deposit due at booking. The deposit will be applied to the total service balance.

Events Terms and Conditions
Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking. The deposit will be applied to the total service balance.

Studio Policy
No smoking in the studio. No children allowed unsupervised. Clients may bring up to three guests (not included in the photos). Arrive 10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment for setup.
Late Fee
Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late Fee: $50 if you are 10 minutes late. If you are 30 minutes late, the session will be canceled, and you will be charged half of the total payment.
Turnaround & Expedited Fee for Pictures
Standard Turnaround: 5-7 business days. Proof Photos: Sent within 24-48 hours after the session. Check your spam/junk folder if they don't appear in your inbox. Expedited Fee: $100 for a 3-day turnaround. Additional Retouching: $16 per image.
Turnaround & Expedited Fee for Videos
Standard Turnaround: 12-14 business days. Expedited Fee: $200 for a 5-7 day turnaround.
Travel Fee
Travel outside of Baton Rouge, Louisiana incurs a $60 per hour fee for time over one hour. Add the travel fee as an "Add On" before selecting your date.
Additional Information
We do not print pictures—we are not a printing ser unedited/raw images will be released. Props: Feel free to bring your own props (e.g., balloons, confetti, sports gear, flowers). Booking Availability: If you don’t see a date or time slot available on the website, please text us at: (225)-366-8564.

How far in advance should we book your photography services for our wedding or special event?
We recommend booking our photography services as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Popular dates, especially during wedding seasons, tend to get reserved quickly. Ideally, you should contact us at least 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that sometimes plans come together on shorter notice, and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

Our standard turnaround time for delivering edited photographs varies depending on the scope of the project. For portrait sessions and smaller events, you can expect to receive your edited images within 2-3 weeks. For larger events like weddings or extensive photography projects, the turnaround time may extend to 4-6 weeks. Rest assured, we prioritize quality in our post-production process to ensure each image meets our high standards before we deliver them to you.
